game froze...lost my advantage

I made a purchase last night to use in game and it did not load...so i lost the game. Today I made a purchase again and I get the game to the point I can win... and it froze again. Sigh. I love to play the game, and don't mind paying for items...but I want to use them!!! And today I lost my free advantages. I could click on yeti and he will laugh i can click on my advantage items and they will click, but I can't use them or finish my game. I can't move any of my candies. GGRRRRR. I hate to pay for things and then lose them! I hate to lose my wrapped candy, striped candy and color bomb. Please help me!!
