I was on the bubblegum level I used some boosters and payed 10 gold to beat the level. As soon as I did if turned off. I went back and the level was gone. It took my gold and boosters but didn't give me the reward.

You can win special rewards! When winning a level, you will get special boxes. Inside of them, you can find sweet stickers for boosters and a new character. Collect more character stickers to unlock Bubblegum Troll. You will not be disappointed if you have not received a sticker from a level and continue to collect stickers from the next level.

Hi there and good day to you. Have you checked whether you've received the special boxes after you beat/ pass the level, collected sufficient stickers to unlock Bubblegum Troll?

If yes, you have to get him before he leaves! The Bubblegum Troll will only be available for a limited period of time. Did you manage to do it?
