@RachJain if the boosters were purchased for free in the game, no one will refund them. Some players had success with purchased boosters by complaining to Google by means of proof of purchase. But it is not a guarantee. So the short answer is no.
However, you can participate in our games in the community if you want. We are giving away badges (for the community profile) or gold bars for your game Candy Crush Friends Saga.

Hi @Krazekandykrush84 - welcome to our friendly community. If you haven’t cleared your cache and cookies recently and or logged out & in of your profile in a while try that. Please note you also need at least 2Gb of free space on your device for the game to work properly.

Hello @CBook - sounds like you definitely have a glitch in your game. Have you cleared your cache and then restarted your Android device (making sure you keep it off for at least 10-15 seconds)? Also - do you have the latest app update? If the problem persists, you may end up having to de-install the app but if you do - you will lose any saved boosters you may have since they are stored locally on your device. So once the app is de-installed, the information is gone. However your gold bars and level information is stored on the King servers as long as you are playing the game either thru a king.com or FB account.
