I just wanted to say thank you for all of you who have written feedback. I know that the Studio always appreciates hearing what was good and what can be improved for the future.

I have the same issues and suggestions.. In my case, I don’t think I ever got placed on a team. I managed to take a screenshot of when I was first introduced to the event (below) and my teammates were all blank photo frames. Maybe the reason that some of us are not getting help is that there is no one there to give it. I hope the team element is fixed in the future.

As many of you also said, the quests are too difficult if only new, completed levels count. Either old completed levels should count as well, or new levels that do not reach completion. The numbers on the tasks are high! “Use Yeti power 40 times” alone is a couple of levels worth, and that is one of the easier ones.

Lastly, the rewards should be more in line with the difficulty of the event. Several lollipops (maybe 2 each?) for the first box, and a longer timed booster to go into the second. Of course, we all know what we are hoping for in the last box and I look forward to the costume in the future.

I think the artwork is cute and the team aspect of it can work. This is especially true if we are able to pick our teams like F5. Or perhaps if we are able to toggle a task or two to something easier like we can with the daily quests.

Have you been able to verify that you are connected to the internet and through your king/Facebook account? Can you try logging out and back in and see if that restores your progress?
