I think you get Summer Tiffi outfit too early before anyone else... this is maybe a glitch at some point because the costume is not inside in the game files at the moment... probably in the upcoming update of the game she will be appeared into your game but at the moment you will always seen this glitch and you can't do anything about it...

I already have finished the event and collected all the stickers, but the new costume don’t load.

This is happening because the "new character details" (understand art/images) haven't been added to the game code yet.

Like every year at this time, we are in code freeze which means that the Studio won't be able to add the details of the characters before the next releases - Until then, you won't be able to see the character nor to play with it. You'll have to wait for the character to effectively come to the game for that.

We understand it's not ideal and are sorry for the inconvenience. This said, I'm sure the wait will be worth it and you'll enjoy playing with the new costume as soon as it comes to the game. Well done for unlocking it 🤗
