Hi @PummyRaj Well, after 5 days without the Instagram advert appearing and thus no problems with bonuses, it’s back and causing the same old problem of not completing and thus not delivering the bonus. I really think it should get some attention if at all possible. Would really appreciate you doing whatever you can to get it fixed. Many thanks

Just an update on the level of the problem. Today (July 1st) I played for about 10 games, and tried to play the advert every time it was offered. It played 16 times, every time it was the Instagram advert that appeared, and 16 times it failed to complete and thus delivered no bonuses!!

Very frustrating indeed
