I have to add a bit more to what my friend @kiara_wael suggested with the "trouble shooting tips"....
Can you please clarify few things for me... Are you having this issue in the beginning of the level itself OR after playing few moves?
Also, did you have any of the "friendly charged boosters" 2 hours unlimited Wrapped Candy / Color Bomb / Fish -- the active in the level?

As players, we cannot AND should not advice the players to "reinstall" their game.
It is a suggestion which can be given only by the Community Managers. And sometimes, by Superstars with Community Managers' permission to advice the players who come here with certain peculiar issues.
