Help! I'm on level 816, saved with a King profile and lost player progress.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Yes, of course! Your level progress can be restored for sure 👍️ First of all, please make sure that you are "not logged" out of the game. King has changed the games a little bit recently! If we log out of the game, we automatically start at level 1 as a new player. Hence, I need you to make sure that you are logged into the game.

If you are logged in, can you please tell me which device you are using?

Although, it talks about getting progress back on "Facebook", it should be the same procedure on both FB and Kingdom. So, please do follow the steps suggested in above link and let me know if it worked or not.
