Lost everything on my old phone & didn't get my boosters back when I got a new one
I lost everything when my motherboard fried on my old phone & was unable to copy anything over to my new phone. When I downloaded CCFS (&other King games) to the new one, I didn't get any of my boosters back.
I've got a Samsung,so have an Android system. I think I'm signed in with my King account.
I don't know how many of the boosters were won thru quests, etc., & how many I'd bought as part of a bundle purchase. I'm pretty sure some of them were bought,tho.
I'm also unable to send & receive lives from "friends".
Can you please help me?

@GranBarb Hi and welcome, Unfortunately boosters on mobile devices are stored on the device itself. SO if its reset, reinstalled , crashes or you change phone the boosters are unrecoverable. Unless you had any purchased boosters that were unused. You can then contact support from your game and they will help you with this.

We warmly welcome you to our adorable king community.
The boosters are stored on the device and not on our game application. Because we can use them even if we are playing offline. So whenever we change our device or reinstall our game application we lose boosters and they are not recoverable. However as you mentioned that you also purchased some boosters so i recommend that you try to contact support directly from your game and they have your purchase history so i hope they will take an action in your favour.

I am really sorry that you lost your Boosters..they are saved to the device and not the profile data so if you change device or reinstall the game these items will be lost.
It is not usually our policy to reimburse items that were won, but as a gesture of goodwill I have credited a few goodies to your account :-)

What are you talking in your above message? What do you mean by "you have credited few goodies as a gesture of goodwill"?
Are you a Kingster -- which means, a King Employee? Only King Employees can send any goodies to the players.
It is not at all appropriate to make false promises even for fun 😕
Please be careful with what you are writing in your comments to the players.

Sorry All boosters are saved in your storage device its not saved online anywhere. so when we uninstall the game all boosters will disappear from game .
