Dunk the Cookie problem

I do play on windows 10 and had cleared the history. Hopefully the Friends Team will fix this and the other missing bonus.

As I continue to play and pass other cookie levels how do I get credit for those too?

@QueenMia if you maybe see for a problem of the challenge name “Dunk a Cookie” does not work! Unfortunately for this challenge remains only 0/4. But its no challenge points receive for the complete game a level with Dunk a Cookie!

I’m having the same problem. I am playing on my iPad Pro and the app is up to date. I’m not sure how many dunk games I won but at least more than 3+, I just thought at first it was me but then thought I should look it up (glad I’m not alone on this glitch though) I’m also logged in thru Facebook but just created an account here for the first time to comment on this. Hope they fix it soon!

I also have the same problem.

I am playing on a mobil version galaxy s9

There is no new updates for the game.

I triad to reboot my device and it didn't help.

I don't know how to find my ID number

Adding screenshot ..yes I beating 2 levels checked for update clear cache etc I am not the only one with the issue so I doubt the problem is on my end 🤷🏾

Thank you very much for adding a screenshot. Try to add more when you beat few more Cookie levels.

And here is how you find your game user ID number ---> If you are on "Home" screen, you can directly click on "Profile" tab -- if you are inside the game (on Map screen), click on the "Settings" (Cog Wheel icon) -- then click on "Profile" tab -- Double Click on the "King Emblem" that you see on top of the screen -- You will see your ID number -- simply copy and paste it here 🙂

Note: Looks like many players are having the same issue. I will send all of your details at the same time, to the Friends Community In-charge.

Beat another cookie level (2957) and still no credit... That makes 4!
