I lost my progress after uninstall the app

Hi.My ID number is 1531981526

I lost my progress after uninstall the app and unfortunately I don't remember what stage I was in

I couldn't use Facebook or king account for recovery my game.Try it but it's not successful 😔 I came back to level 1

Can you help me?

    First of all, Thank you very much for the kind words 🙏

    With regards to writing to the "Player Support" -- few things I would like to tell you...

    1) Yes, they did help restoring the progress for many players, and I am one of them 🙂 It was few years ago, they restored my Soda game progress.


    2) The thing is - we are not supposed to send many complaints from our game. Just one is enough, otherwise, they will get confused. Each complaint will be handled by different agents, and when we send numerous emails, they will go to different people. Each of them will think that the other agent is helping you 😮 So Sorry! I should have mentioned that you should send only one complaint and clarified that for you 🙏


    3) So, now, don't worry about the other complaints, but stick to the first one you sent. Based on our conversation, it should be either on 2nd or 3rd that you have first contacted them.

    Since it has been 3 to 4 days, open up that first "automated email" and send a reply through that one. Inform them that you are still waiting for the help to restore your level progress, and the trouble shooters did not help. Please also inform them that you are directed from the King Community.

    You should definitely hear back from them today. I do not remember if they work in the weekends or not! If still nothing happens by Tuesday, please let me know.

    It can be/will be confusing at first, we all learn with the experience, right 😃 So, no need to worry at all 🙂


    With regards to the first complaint you have sent before you have joined the Community -- would be either on 28th or 29th (just checked your profile), which is about 10 days ago. Usually, the King Support team close the tickets after 5 days of inactivity. So, please do not worry about that initial one, and do not send a reply to that one either.

    But, please do continue following up with the recent one that you have sent a reply now. And like I said above, if you have not heard by Tuesday, please let me know.
