I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Can you please tell me which device you are using and what version you have? How many times might have you tried the level -- did it freeze each time?
@Germano_ I am glad to know that you could finally pass the level. Was the level freezing till you ran trouble-shooting steps?

The level simply stopped working when you you got to zero movements. But instead of closing or asking you if you wanted to use some gild bara or not, nothing happened. The only option was using the βstep outβ button and eventually restart. The strange this was that all other options kept working, Jelly Queen was moving and so on; but you were not allowed to make any movement.
As long as you completed the level before getting to zero, you could proceed.
I will go and see if the problem was solved.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaHello @PummyRaj I happen to go back to that level and play with three different characters (Tiffy, Odus, Misty). It seems that the problem was solved.
Maybe with the following versions, the bug was fixed (consider that level 3123 was quite some time back for me, since I am at 3300 now).
But I am happy if other players can avoid that glitch in the game.
