My jelly queen levels are messed up

What's the deal? This is in the jelly queen levels now. Doesn't make any sense. There isn't even red or purple candies on this level. I updated my app this morning, it was fine yesterday.

Hello @whatifiwasntlauren and a very warm welcome to our friendly community! Yes that is certainly a glitch - you shouldn't have been able to select Tiffi or Odus for this level (unless those colors are hiding underneath the caramel cups). I have reported it to the CM and hopefully we will hear something back tomorrow.

I am sorry to hear there is a glitch in your game!

Can you please try these steps ---> Log out of the game -- Disconnect from WiFi -- Clear Cache -- Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes -- reconnect to WiFi and log back into the game -- now, check if the glitch is rectified.

The above player @SilentEnVY was also having the same issue and they have followed these steps and the Jelly Queen is back in their levels (of the Jelly event).

Yes thank you. Im not sure how it got fixed, but the jelly queen levels came back.

Can you please post these details: (1) Device you are using; (2) Version you have right now; (3) your game user ID number;

Here is how you can look for your ID number ---> If you are on "Home" screen, you can directly click on "Profile" tab -- if you are inside the game (on Map screen), click on the "Settings" (Cog Wheel icon) -- then click on "Profile" tab -- Double Click on the "King Emblem" that you see on top of the screen -- You will see your ID number -- simply copy and paste it here 🙂

I am having the issue. And when I first log on it doesn't even show the Jelly queens level. I have to play a level and then go back out and ot will appear. I tried the steps above and it did not work me. I have a Samsung 8+
