Yes that is certainly a glitch - you shouldn't have been able to select Tiffi or Odus for this level (unless those colors are hiding underneath the caramel cups). I have reported it to the CM and hopefully we will hear something back tomorrow.

I am sorry to hear there is a glitch in your game!
Can you please try these steps ---> Log out of the game -- Disconnect from WiFi -- Clear Cache -- Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes -- reconnect to WiFi and log back into the game -- now, check if the glitch is rectified.
The above player @SilentEnVY was also having the same issue and they have followed these steps and the Jelly Queen is back in their levels (of the Jelly event).

Can you please post these details: (1) Device you are using; (2) Version you have right now; (3) your game user ID number;
Here is how you can look for your ID number ---> If you are on "Home" screen, you can directly click on "Profile" tab -- if you are inside the game (on Map screen), click on the "Settings" (Cog Wheel icon) -- then click on "Profile" tab -- Double Click on the "King Emblem" that you see on top of the screen -- You will see your ID number -- simply copy and paste it here 🙂

Thank you so much for posting the screenshots for my clarification. I am stuck in level # 6, want to beat it without using any boosters or Gold Bars 😅
You are on iPhone, right? So, go to the App Store --- search for Candy Friends Saga -- do not click on "Open", but just click on the name of the game, and you should see all the extra info about the game, like version, when it was released, etc., That's where, you will find the version number 👍️
Oh! With regards to level 9 & 10, you are saying that they both are the same, right?
