1000 levels disappeared from Candy Crush and game is glitching! Help!

Hi folks, I hope this is the right place to post but I definitely need some help. I was over level 3000 in candy crush And out of nowhere, over 1000 levels disappeared.

Also, has anybody else noticed that the free spin is gone? Now there’s only the spin for seven gold bars. I’m also not starting off levels with a boost anymore.

Sometimes I will be on a level, return to the game and be on a completely different level with the numbers jumping around. What’s happened to my game? Anyone else experiencing?

I log in with Facebook and have not changed my device. Thank you for your feedback :)
