I am sorry to say that I am a bit confused with the issue you had with the level!
You are saying that your game crashed while you were playing the level, right? Or did it freeze?
Since you said, while taking the "final spot" -- can I take it as "final move" of the level?
If the level has crashed or was frozen, let's try some troubleshooting steps and see if it improves the issue! I am sorry, I forgot which device you are using! Can you please confirm the device, so that I can give you the specific link for that particular device?

I would be shocked if you could keep track of what all of us use!! Samsung Android Galaxy S9+, and yes it was the final winning move and it threw me out of the game. Closed the app. When I opened it back up from my apps running in the background it reloaded like it hadn't been opened at all, lost the streak, life, and the win. I also lost the one booster, and wondering if that's why it threw me out... Although I've played through the booster ending before without the issue.
I've beaten the level @kavidina thank you. It's the fact that it threw me out is my issue.

Please follow all the steps, except for the reinstalling the game App(s). Because, re-installation process will remove all our saved up boosters and they will not be reimbursed, unless we have purchased them with real money.
