Hi, I was on a win streak that had the highest level of rewards. When I got to level 1571 once all the rewards were finished on that level the moves went from 20 to 2. I used my gold bars to continue but it did not add any moves. I lost my win streak and my gold bars without being able to make more than 1 move

That's very unfortunate but please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login again.
For your loss of Gold bars you need to contact player support from your game application and send them email. You may also use below link to contact them.
You need your game id for this.

Do you have an example like, what was the special item you used and on what did you use it on so we can understand better?
Any screenshot you can provides helps and did you also check that you're playing the latest version as suggested here?
