I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Are you having this "error" issue only when you are trying to make a purchase?
How about other features like -- receiving the Daily Bonus, receiving a gift after finishing the Daily Quests, or sending & receiving lives? Are you seeing a pop-up of "no connection" or any other similar pop-up?
When did this "Purchase Issue" start? Can you please provide me a screenshot of that "error" message you are seeing?
