Why does game ALWAYS freeze when trying to use coins for extra moves but still TALES my coins??!! I WILL NOT INVEST ANYMORE MONEY INTO BUYING COINS!!!! Don't have internet on my phone so if that's the reason you should probably inform people!! I've numerous times purchased coins only to lose them!!

I am sorry this is happening to you. I just wanted to get a bit more information. When you say coins - you mean the gold bars correct?
Had you already purchased the gold bars and then when you wanted to use them for extra moves, the gold bars were taken but you didn't get the moves you paid for?
If this is the case - you want to make sure you explain it clearly when you contact customer support. In the case of someone purchasing gold bars and not getting them, this is something the studio can clearly see, but if you already received the gold bars, but then when you went to use them- they were removed but you didn't get what you used them for (in other words extra moves) this may be a bit harder for the studio to understand.
You still should be entitled to get those gold bars back, especially if it keeps happening, but just make sure you explain it to Player Support.
As far as needing to be on internet - I don't think you need to be but I will ask one of the CMs just in case and let you know.

If you have any broken purchase or purchase related issues you need to directly contact the player support from the settings of your game and as they have your purchase history they will take an action in your favour.
