For loss of gold bar you need to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. Or you may contact them by following link.

Hello @patriciamc and a very warm welcome to our friendly King Community. As long as the gold bars were purchased and you have been playing the game using a FB or King.com account, your information should be on the King Servers and by following the advice above, you should be able to get them back in your game. However if these were gold bars you won (like thru a contest), or if you haven't been playing via FB or King.com, then that information won't be available to Player Support.
