I sent an e-mail to support about not receiving the prize for yesterday's Odus challenge and I keep getting the update reply. I've sent 8 replies telling them my app is updated and they send the same email back saying to update my app....so frustrating...any ideas on what I need to do?

    How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as this feature is still tested. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊) 

    You can click here if you have playing any device 👇and all of the supports solved by Community Team, then you can find and follow troubleshooting steps that I hope this helps. 😉

    ⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

    If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

    If it's not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then ask a question and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

    I also didn’t receive my Odus challenge awards, I completed yesterday’s challenge on 10/6 and today’s on 10/7.

    You don't always get that character or award at these events. The next one could be there. Because they only collect. Only when you have collected it fully will you get it. I hope this helps you further!!

    Oh wow, I'm sorry they're not helping you from tech support. In a first contact with them, the response is automated, but once you respond to that automated message, you should have been able to speak to someone. Is that how it works. Maybe you can try again, sometimes things fail

    @Sweatherby We understand how frustrating it is to not get the rewards but I'm afraid we here are not able to replace the rewards and there is also nothing that you can do with the game app to get the rewards.

    Player Support will sometimes help if they can but Im afraid free rewards is not something that you usually get compensated for.

    Unless there was an issues that affected many players and the event, the studio would send out a compensation. All we can recommend for now is to make sure your game app is always up to date and if you can grab some screenshots of this keeps happening, we will be happy to pass on the feedback to the studio.
