How can I change the email address for purchases

I can't use the credit that I have because the email address for Candy Crush is different than the email address. I have a$10 credit waiting to use but it doesn't appear at checkout

@NanaMama4789 Hi and welcome, This you would need to contact whoever you are trying to make payment through. So if windows 10 app you need Microsoft store, iOS you need apple store. android device need to contact gogle play

For your registration of accounts you have to contact your service provider. I mean king never accepts payments directly. It always comes with third party like.

If you are using ipad you have to setup your account through Apple

Kindle.........Amazon.

Android.... Google

Windows....Microsoft.

So whatever device you are using contact their support staff and set up an account to purchase normally through King games.

Understood that your game account is different from the email account that you use for your usual purchase.

If you are using Android device, you may add the email address that you use to log in to your game into your Google Play account. I've searched the following info via the web and you may refer to it.

Add one or multiple Google Accounts

1. If you haven't already, set up a Google account.
2. Open your device's Settings app.
3. Tap Accounts 
4.  Add account 
5.  Google.
6. Follow the instructions to add your account.
7. If needed, repeat steps to add multiple accounts.

Tip: To help prevent accidental or unauthorized purchases, use password protection on your device.

However, you are strongly advise to contact the customer support of the app store directly on how to change/add email address.
