I don't know how to upload a screenshot/picture!

I know how to upload a screen shot/picture but it doesn't upload! Please help.

Hi @MysticalMisty2 - I have been successful two different ways. If on my Pc I save the photo/screenshot to my PC then click on the picture icon below (to the right of the paragraph symbol) and hit ok and it should download the picture.

I have also clicked directly on the image and then right clicked my mouse to copy the picture and the. Go to the co

ment area and click paste and most of the time it downloads the image.

Or if I’m on my mobile device, if I am using a picture I took, then I again click on the picture icon and then go to my photo library and select the picture I want and then click done and the image downloads
