Why are my daily quests not refreshing?

For the past 3 days my Daily Quests have been counting down over and over and not changing. They are stuck on the last three I completed and haven’t given me any new ones. Any ideas on how to fix this?

@normansmom Please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device then log back in and see if this resolves your issue

Okay I tried that. I had already tried it yesterday after doing some googling but I tried it again and cleared cache and cookies and it’s still not working. Thanks for trying to help though

Did you play a regular level and see if that helps reset your Daily Quests?

That is so strange that that is happening to your game. Is the countdown time accurate or also stuck?

Like Freddy said above I would only know to tell you to Log Out/ Update Game App/ Restart device/ Log in again.

Thanks @Nix66 for taking the tine to try and help me. The countdown clock just counts down and then starts over again. I’m not sure what you mean by a regular level? I’ve tried the other suggestions to no avail :/

Hi dear.

It may be a temporary error. The important thing is if after completing these daily quests are you getting your reward. If yes then ignore the same daily quests and hopefully it will be automatically fine after some time.

But if no you are not getting rewards then you should contact player support either directly from the settings of your game application or use this link.

Idk y but it's not showing the tasks for today

I found this today too. Troubleshooting doesn't make the daily tasks reappear. This is happening on my Android app (Samsung) and w10 app too. since the last update weird stuff is happening, I didn't do anything in particular in my game, just updating both apps. I'm not sure if we are in a test group testing something 🤔

John, may I ask what device you play on?

Thanks @Lola_Pop. I just found this discussion because it's so weird for me. Midnight said I get new tasks and 45 minutes, this morning said there are new tasks in 12 hours ... Available. 

I did it for the first time today, yesterday I updated the app. Even after I had done tasks yesterday, I got a strange message. Sorry, I didn't make a screenshot.

Same for me, mine started yesterday, when i tried to get a new quest, by pressing the circular arrows button.
