Hi Last night I made a $10.00 purchase i refreshed my phone and waited all night for my purchase I Never recieved my 40 Gold bars or the other gifts that was promised with it. I just want what I paid for please and Thank You

When sending an email directly from the game
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below
but you need you game ID for this

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Understood that you haven't received the items that you have purchased.
You may need to check with the Customer Support of the purchase platform i.e. Google Play store/App Stores/Amazon etc. on this matter as they are the one that is processing your purchase and not King. Kindly email them and attach the purchase receipt (in your email notification) to enquire about the status of your purchase.
