I had 17 free lives

I had 17 gifted lives and when I tried to use some of them they all disappeared. I didn't know what happened.

@angbill_2010 Hi and welcome, Try the standard troubleshooting tips and see if this solves your problem, check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in

It can happen that the given lives are deleted during an update or when you delete the temporary data of your device,

I did not do any of that I simply tried to use some and the game locked and I lost them all!!!!

Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. They're held in your profile and delivered into the game once per notification.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device. We therefore recommend limiting the number of messages and lives that you save; a full mailbox can also affect the functionality of the game.
