Daily reward reset

Hi,

I was on day 500 something of the daily rewards, then last week it reset back to

day 1 which is fine. But today it reset back to one again - screenshot above - so now I am wondering if that is going to keep happening and if there is something I can do to prevent it. My game is updated and I didn't do anything that would set off the reset.

Usually it is only reset when you reinstall or if you haven't opened it for a day.

Is your device date and time correct?

Hi there @Electra and good day to you.

Understood that your daily reward resets itself to day 1. As mentioned by Mr Werner, the streak will reset to day 1 if you have re-installed the game.

Further, please make sure that your last log in is not after 24 hours because any slight misses may also reset it.

Thanks everyone - I didn't reinstall and I log in daily... if it happens again i will let you know.

As everyone said above, only if you didn't enter for one day in CCFS, your daily reward can reset.
