Hello my dear!
I'm really sorry about that. Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. Start anew. Please play a few levels and it could be back to normal. If not, get in touch and I'll pass it on !!

Because for I lost 46 friends characters! I have only two different characters name Yeti and Tiffi on my scrapbook. On level 3685 have no red and cyan candies colour on board!! Without characters I can no longer play on the level 3685. Also for the app has been crashed for automatic shutdown. Stuck on level 3685 for without a friends characters. 😭
