Hi @ronb423 Welcome to our community 🤗 I’m sorry that you experiencing game freeze, when this situation happen all we can do is just to start our game and to avoid this you always have to check on all your update all the time and not having to much window running in your screen. As far as the boosters that you lost, we don’t replace any loosing boosters that you earned only the one that you actually purchase with real money that team support will reimburse. Did you at least get your game running again ?
