How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

If you are playing on the PC using the app and you are at level 3721, it does not currently work for all players. This bug is in progress

Please try restarting your device and clearing cache but do not try to reinstall the game as this will lose all your boosters and your progress if the game isn’t backed up by King or Facebook account. Please let us know if you have any questions about this issue and we will gladly help you. 🙂
