Why can I never finish the special levels

I'm an ok everyday player but when we have special events, I can never finish these, and I want to know why

Hi. Welcome to the sweet King community.
Unfortunately this is common for some players. The reason is that all the events and temporary features of the King games are test functions that the Studio throws to groups of players at random, so they are not always available and not for all players. As they are test functions, it can also happen that they are withdrawn without the player having completed them. They are technical criteria and evaluations.
