Not receiving life’s from my friends

ever since I switched to my new iPhone 12 pro max I’ve noticed I’m not receiving lives that my friends are sending. I have plenty of storage, the app is up to date and I’m signed into my Facebook. Please assist me in this.

I wish to add on to Ms Lim's comment above, as the Game Team and Facebook are still working on a fix, you may try and disconnect the device from internet, wait for several seconds or more before reconnecting back to the internet. Play a level and try to send request to your friends after that. This may work sometimes but the issue will still be on going.

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

Check in Facebook under Settings / Apps and Websites whether the game is on the active list. Under edit the app you can check whether sending / receiving is activated with the app.
