Costume glitch

Hi everyone
So I was playing the holiday calendar event and something weird happen when I play day 1 (witch is level 1) l win the level and when I got the rewards I got Tiffi the soccer player for a weird reason so I was l about to take a screenshot so you can see it but my phone turn off as due to low battery and when I check back for the costume, the costume is gone any help please on getting back

Have you played all the 10 levels and the Star Chaser and were able to achieve the new costume for Tiffi?
Do you have screenshots to show both those accomplishments -- winning the 10 levels & finishing the Star Chaser?

So, just for my clarification... You have already collected the “Nutcracker - Prince of Diamonds” a while ago. But, last night, after you have received stickers for this costume, you checked in your Scrapbook and found that he is not there anymore!
Did I understand the issue correctly?
The team might not need these, but can you please post your device and the version you have right now?

Maybe it's a glitch for a while. If you have completed level one, you will only get Timed rewards and boosters. To get the costume wait until 7 levels are unlocked 😊. Keep playing

Sweet Love HahaIs from nutcracker @PummyRaj tiffi the ox is still in the scrapbook well I after I was so busy l didn't have time to play and when it was bed time for me l started playing but for some reason I got sickers from nutcracker the price of diamonds and as you know it disappears I don't know why l receive like extra Costumes and they just disappears
