My daily rewards won’t appear in either Candy Crush Saga or Candy Crush Friends Saga. It has been happening on Candy Crush Saga for the past couple of weeks now, whereas it has only started on Candy Crudh Friends Saga today. It has been 24 hours since my last daily reward on Candy Crush Friends, and yet, it still won’t appear. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in again, and also deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing will work. Unfortunately, it deleted all the 80+ lollipops that I have saved over the past few months.
Is there anything I can do without wiping all the things I’ve saved up?

Uninstalling deletes all boosters, this should always be considered. Always try to keep the games updated. Turn your device off completely and then on again.

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊

Hello @danielspaniel82 and a very warm welcome to our friendly community. I am so sorry you are having this issue. I sometimes don't immediately get my daily reward in Friends either. However if I play a level then it will usually show up. Also sometimes I've noticed the time of day I play the game can affect the daily reward showing up. For example if I play in the middle of the day and then the next day I play late at night the game can think I have missed a day, when I actually haven't.
As far as Candy Crush Saga is concerned. Are you missing both the booster wheel and the daily calendar? These events are not given to everyone. I usually have the booster wheel spin but the daily calendar disappeared from my game for several months and only recently reappeared so there may be nothing wrong with your Candy Crush game.
As mentioned above - saved boosters and lives are stored on each individual device (for example I play on an iPhone and an iPad) so if you move to a new device or de-install the game - those items will be lost (when transferring to a new Apple device from an old one, there is a chance you may not lose your boosters if you save your data to the iCloud).

Regarding the booster wheel, this feature, as well as other temporary events of the King games, are test functions that the Studio randomly launches to groups of random players. So they are not always available and not for all players. Sometimes it is up to some and sometimes to others.
