The count we are asking is for 250 levels. But, looks like you have added 100 levels only (from 300 to 400)!

Would you like to recount by scrolling a bit more? For you, to stop at level # 400, you should start counting from level # 150 ☺️

After read the instructions now I understand let say I start with level 1 until level 250, I must count the number of levels that have red jam. Am I right @PummyRaj?

Challenge accepted but it would be nice if there is a badge for this..hahahahaha. Well I am a badge hunter.

Its quite hard to check...since after I play the game to check the jam's color, when I closed the level..its get me back to the current level.

I think you don't need to enter each level to check...just look at the message above when you click on the level button. If you see this, you know it's red jam:
