This is really maken me upset.. Game crashes ok no big deal log back in an play but dang!! Leave the gold alone!! This is twice now game froze then crash an all gold gone! WTH!! I have wrote to support an nothing done so wanted to see if anyone else had this problem level 1719..

I have done everything I could possibly do to fix issue on my end but still does not return my gold that was taken..Lije I said I understand game crashes bugs in systems but when u play/buy gold an then it’s taken cause of a crash it’s alil upsetting to say least.. Almost deleted game once again cause it’s getting crazy

I used to have occasional crashes. That's annoying. The gold thing is worse. Unfortunately we cannot help you with the gold. You have to contact King Support directly. You need your player ID for this.
