events no appear. Help

 Any expert who can tell me 
why I do not receive special events? They always answer me that the application must be up to date,
 that there must be enough space in the phone memory, they say to restart, to log out, that I cleared the cache. 
I fulfill everything and still do not receive the events. I was unable to receive the holiday event. 
They're already talking about the Yeti holiday event and neither.

 and what is the latest version of the application? 1.49.2 appears in the android play store

@daniel47 Hi and welcome, You can only keep your game up to date and hope you get the feature /s.

Not every feature is available to everybody. they are given to groups of randomly selected people. So just means your not in that group for that feature at present but you could be in the future. All you can do is keep your game up to date to ensure you are getting the features available to you

Yes, I also have version 1.49.2 on the Android device.

I also play this version on the PC, Windows 10. I had all the events this time. Unfortunately these are now over. Some events don't come to me either. You can only wait.
