Sound Effects Bug

Hi, I’ve noticed a bug while playing Candy Crush Friends Saga. Whenever I am playing the game and switch apps (respond to a text, tweet, etc.), the sound effects are missing when I come back. The music still plays fine, but absolutely no sound effects play until I restart the app. Has anyone else had this happen?

1. Check update
2. Close all apps then restart your device.
3. Open the game then log in back.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

I strongly suspect that your memory, whether PC or mobile, is too low. Changing the apps puts too much strain on him that he no longer reproduces the sound. Unfortunately that's just a guess. In any case, you can try to clean up your temporary data to relieve your memory a little
