hai to anyone who can help me

after a time off I want to play again , now by each level I win the game stop and I needs to load again also when I want to play the game in the game ,it stops and I need too load the game again , I do everything also removed the game and re installed , so my Lollies are also gone , clean up me cookies , you name it I did it

I’m on level 3167 , play on a iPad ,

i hope someone can help me this is so frustrating ☹️☹️🥺🥺

@pluisje Hi and welcome, Please check your device and game are up to date. then log out the game and clear your safari browser (important even if app). then restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue

If this does not work as you have already uninstalled, try doing this and then clear the safari cache and then restart your device before reinstalling and see if this resolves your issue

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game! 

2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊

I hope you got your game back on track. Unfortunately, the boosters are only saved temporarily. With a new installation they will be deleted. But I don't have any in this game either. I use the ones I earn again immediately. Then I may have to play a level very, very often. But it's fun. If it doesn't work yet. Please contact me again

No it doesn’t work i did everything they suggested but the game won’t work properly, ,so I don’t know now what to do to yet

I hope your device has enough memory free for the game. Since you've already lost your booster, you should possibly uninstall it again and download it again. You lose your boosters every time you reinstall.

If it doesn't work after reinstalling, the problem is with your I pad. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this device. Wait a little. @Freddy_Falkner will definitely get in touch.
