Daily reward and connection issue

My daily rewards won’t appear in Candy Crush Friends Saga and having connection issue to store(keeps showing "a sticky situatio" & contacting"). It has been like this since last year December. My internet is stong( candy crush saga is connected and working fine), cleared playstore and the games cache, updated the apps and restarted my device but nothing will work. Help(uninstall the apps wipes out my boosters)

Unfortunately there is no confirmation button. Many players have asked for that.

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the internet with the game open. You have already tried the other options. If it doesn't work, there is no way I would uninstall. Wait for the next update. It will come soon

Your game app has a connection problem so you have encountered such a problem. I'm asking you to follow the steps below and if you encounter any problems while following the steps show me a screenshot of it.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

The last update on android was a week ago, do you have this?

@Werner_Cichy I have updated both games( candy crush soda and friends) still same issue. Candy crush Saga works perfectly with same network provider is use for others.

I'm afraid you'll have to reinstall at some point. You should use up your boosters beforehand. Of course it is possible that the error will disappear with one of the next updates.

We're sorry because your game app has been corrupted😢

In that case you need to uninstall and reinstall the game app. You will lose all stored booster and unsaved levels for uninstalling the game app but your problem will be solved.
