Daily reward and connection issue

My daily rewards won’t appear in Candy Crush Friends Saga and having connection issue to store(keeps showing "a sticky situatio" & contacting"). It has been like this since last year December. My internet is stong( candy crush saga is connected and working fine), cleared playstore and the games cache, updated the apps and restarted my device but nothing will work. Help(uninstall the apps wipes out my boosters)

In that case you need to uninstall and reinstall the game app. You will lose all stored booster and unsaved levels for uninstalling the game app but your problem will be solved.

I'm not really bothered about the lost boosters and gold bars, it's levels lost😫 however, I save my progress using email method.
That aside, please I mistakenly (touch screen did a fast one on me) tap the buy 6hrs lives, is there a way it can be reverted? If not, is there where on can petition/suggest the game to have a confirmation( pop up like "yes" "No" purchase). Thanks
