Help! I have an issue

Hi there @Acv and good day to you.

You may try the basic trouble shooting steps such as disconnecting the device from the internet without exiting the game, wait for several seconds before reconnecting back to the device, play a level and check back the message box.

If you still can't see your teams, it may be due to on-going issue viewing friends' list in Facebook as stated here.

Anyway, I'm gonna tag @candycrushinit and hope she can help.

i hope im in the right place,,,when i click on the button with 3 people on it at bottom it closes the game, also today you put up the join a team now it to closes the game when i click on it. can you fix it? please do like this game a lot. thank you for reading.

This is still very new. With me it is not yet. At the beginning there are always problems with new events. You can read about it in this link. It is possible that someone can help you there.

I am also having the same issue with CCF my game as Sunmaid . When I click on the icon with three figures it closes my game, I also have the join a team now with a picture of Dachs and the mail, if I click on that it closes my game. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank You

Hi, I am also having the same problem on Windows 10 pc version. The only difference to Toosweet's problem is that I have never been on a team before. Playing from UK. Otherwise the game plays fine. Just crashes when I want to join a team.
