You will not be able to use the Gold bars stored in Piggy Bank directly, meaning that once you purchase Piggy Bank with Goldbar, the Goldbars from Piggy Bank will be credited to your game account.

ℹ️ As @Sukanta_Biswas explained above, Gold Bars can only be collected if you through purchasing the Piggy Bank first, for which you'll need a credit card/purchase method.
