When I start a game I dont get the option to watch a video for power ups. When I play a level and don't win, it doesn't give me the option to watch a video for 4 more lives????

Like Werner has answered you, the video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Unfortunately, the video function is not available for all players and on all devices. It is a test function from King. But it is changed again and again. Keep your device up to date. Always check for updates.

I have been playing a long time and these have been features since then. Kinda ridiculous. Will probably Uninstaller game. Shame. I really liked playing it.
