I HAVE ACCUMULATED LEVELS ON ANOTHER DEVICE - PERSONAL CELL PHONE. DO I LOSE MY CURRENT LEVEL BY RESTARTING ALL OVER AGAIN?

As long as you are logged in you shouldn't , it should save your progress....your lives may be refilled though if playing on separate devices.

@babigurl_2021 Hi and welcome, If you have your game saved with a king or Facebook account on you other device . When you switch to a new device you only need to sign in with your correct King or Facebook account details and it should automatically sync you progress across

If after doing this your progress did not show or you do not have you game saved then you would need to contact customer support from your game to get your levels restored if thats what you wanted. See post from @Diamond Lim regarding getting your levels restored

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Hello @tinapr1952 🤗 A Warm Welcome to our Wonderful King Community!

What @babigurl_2021 has mentioned above is absolutely correct, if you have saved your game either through Facebook OR Kingdom account, you are all set.

You will not lose your current level progress AND you do not have to start playing from the beginning. Just log in with the same details you used before, and you will see that your levels are intact and Gold Bars are there 👍️

The only things you will be missing will be the boosters that you have accumulated on your old phone and the lives received from your friends. Since they both are stored on the device local memory, it is not possible to transfer them.

** If you have not deleted the game from your old phone, you can use them all up while playing hard levels.
