missing characters
help, I changed my phone and installed the candy crush friends app. I did not lose my progress in the saga (level 2230) but when I specifically entered the scrapbook I saw that some costumes / characters disappeared in this case those that were achieved with the holiday calendar event that took place between December 7 and 3 from January
I lost Misty the reindeer, yeti santa claus, dachs the elf and the angel bubble gum troll. The application is up to date, I play frequent levels, I cleared the cache, rebooted and nothing to get them back.
how can i get them back? my ID is 5561546482

No need to worry! I have escalated this issue to our Friends Community In-charge 👍️
Since they will have to find out what's going on, it might take couple of day to hear back from the Studio.
NOTE: I have noticed that you were also complaining that you are missing "Rachel, the Raccoon" also! I see that you have posted multiple questions about it.
We will be closing all those threads but keep this one for us to discuss further. If we keep multiple discussion threads open, it will only create confusion for others.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
From what I have learnt recently, this has become normal routine for some of the characters to not show up in your Scrapbook. Please give it about a week -- from the date you have installed the game on your new phone, and see if they are back into your game again (it only takes 2 to 3 days usually).
If you still don't see them even then, please come back and report again. Until then, please keep playing your game keep an eye on those "Holiday characters".

Few questions if you don't mind...
1) Did the characters completely "disappeared" from your Scrapbook OR would they show up in the levels BUT stay in "loading" mode?
2) Do you still have the game in your old device? If so, can you see all these characters (4 of them) on that device?
3) Are you using an Android OR an iOS?
4) Were you able to collect "Olivia the Witch"? If you did, can you please check if she is loading or not?

If I have olivia the witch but it doesn't work, it appears downloading and I've never been able to use it. I want to clarify that it is not the first time that characters have disappeared. a while ago the same thing happened to me with tiffi the turkey and they helped me by this means to recover it
