Do you mean for daily rewards ? Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Do you use a cleaning program like the CC Cleaner? This deletes the saved progress data. If you are playing via a browser, this can also happen if you activate a private mode.
