Why I can't receive any lives

Hello I love playing Candy Crush Friends... I play daily but I don't receive any lives even though I send a lot of them to my "friends"

I play through the King account not Facebook.. Can anyone tell why can't I have lives from the others players ?

I play Candy Crush Saga too and I don't have the same issue.

Make sure update your Apps.

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives from Facebook, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this.
