Finished 4020 a few days ago and just now installed the latest update from the App Store but there is still a roadblock sign after 4020?

If by restart you mean completely rebooting my phone and my iPad then yes I did that but still no good

I just deleted the game from my IPad and reinstalled it but I’m still at 4020 even though the game is current

Of course by doing that I lost all my boosters...I’m still at 4020 but I have no lollipops at all😡😡😡😡

4080 is the highest level in Win 10
