Costume problem

Hi friends, so i have 2 problem about costumes,

1. About tiffy lunar new years costume, i have already finish 10 level and got 400 stickers, but remaining 100 stickers must be play in collecting stars in normal level, so i played the normal level but then suddendly the pop up to get tiffy costume suddenly dissapear and now i stuck with 400 stickers and cant finish it. I already try to clean cache, update ccfs, restart my phone but still gone. I put the screenshot below.

2. About bubblegum troll costume, since the problem about tiffy costume that i said before and i went to clean the cache then my bubblegum troll keep loading and i cant play that character, its so frustrating in some level that need troll.

I'm afraid there's not much I can do at the moment. The Studio has been investigating about the stuck characters and trying to fix this; I'll ask about it again.

And regarding Tiffi the Ox- she might come back soon- if the event finishes and you haven't seen it again, contact me please and I'll try to help 😊

I take this thread to report that I have the same problem with the bubblegum troll. It's been "downloading" for weeks and I can't get it.
