My guess is that there is a connection problem with your game app and that is why you have encountered such a problem. You can try to find a solution by following the simple steps below and if you get an error message while following the steps show me a screenshot of it.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and log in.
Please let me know.

Do you receive any errors? Clearing my site cookies and logging in again, then syncing worked for me... Hope it helps.

Which king game do you play ?
For ads. The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

I’ve been stuck on this level and usually after x number of attempts to complete the level, the game will add extra moves for the 10 Gold Bars. I play on iPad and followed steps above...played same level 24 times today alone and it still only offers 5 moves. Ironically, Candy Crush Saga never offered the extra moves (at least for me) and now does. Wondering if this was by design or a glitch.
